Doctor of Strategic Leadership

Overview

The Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree focuses on the practical application of leadership theory and practice grounded in Christian principles in a diverse, global professional world. The curriculum develops leaders across the commercial, nonprofit, government, military, education, athletics, nursing, and arts sectors.

Program Format

• 100% online
• Five 8-week sessions throughout the calendar year
• Complete the degree in as few as 2 years. A 4-year pathway is also available.
• 54 Total Credit Hours

Choose Your Concentration

Students in the DSL program will select a concentration area from among these five (5) options:

• Athletic Administration
• Christian Ministry
• Education (K–12 or Higher Education)
• Humanities and Culture
• Nursing Organizational Leadership

Admission Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Current Resume
• No GRE Required
