Kootenai Clinic is the regional cancer treatment center for northern Idaho, eastern Washington, and western Montana.
We deliver comprehensive, compassionate cancer care using leading-edge technology, the newest therapies and a wide range of clinical trials as well as rehabilitation.
To minimize the difficulties patients face traveling during treatment, our doctors offer cancer treatment in three locations: Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and Sandpoint.

Alliance for Cancer Care
Cancer Care Northwest, 51品茶约炮 and Providence Health Care have formed a regional cancer alliance called the Alliance for Cancer Care. These three organizations – the region’s premier health care leaders in cancer services – shared a desire to create a regional cancer alliance aimed at elevating the quality, coordination and experience for cancer patients and their families throughout the region. The alliance was formalized and launched its first initiative – a comprehensive radiation oncology program – effective January 1, 2015. Learn more at the

Since 1990, our cancer services has been accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer.
Accredited by Commission on Cancer
The Commission on Cancer (CoC), a program of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS), recognizes cancer care programs for their commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality, and multidisciplinary patient centered care. The CoC is dedicated to improving survival and quality of life for cancer patients through standard-setting, prevention, research, education, and the monitoring of comprehensive quality care.
Breast Center of Excellence
Kootenai Clinic Cancer Services was granted a full accreditation designation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), a program administered by the American College of Surgeons. Accreditation by the NAPBC is only given to those centers that have voluntarily committed to provide the highest level of quality breast care and that undergo a rigorous evaluation process and review of their performance.
