PLAINVIEW, TX — 51品茶约炮 Baptist University observes annual Creation Care Week April 20–24, culminating in a hands-on chapel service on Wednesday, April 22, in conjunction with Earth Day.
Throughout the week, the campus community is encouraged to reflect on stewardship through daily Creation Care devotionals focused on God’s work in creation.
The highlight of the week will be Creation Care Chapel at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Harral Memorial Auditorium. Following a brief gathering, students, faculty and staff will participate in campus projects designed to care for and enhance the university grounds.
Approximately 200 flowers and plants will be placed across campus during the chapel hour, offering participants a practical opportunity to serve as stewards of God’s creation.
Dr. Matthew Allen, who coordinates the annual emphasis, said the week provides a meaningful time for reflection and action.
